很妙的替換方式，即使看過之後

再來做，一樣學不起來

來個很暴力的方法：分子分母先同乘 cos20，

令 x=sin20, y=cos20 則 3−4x24y2−1=1

所以原式   =x2+y−4y23−4x24y2−1

以三倍角公式   3x−4x3=23 , 4y3−3y=21

化簡得   −13
