         (x-x0)^2+(y-3)^2=9

     and y=x^2

          (x-x0)^2+(x^2-3)^2=9

     x0^2-2x*x0+(x^4-5x^2)=0

    if real x0 exists

     then x^2-x^4+5x^2>=0

            x^2(x^2-6)<=0

            0<=x^2<=6

   if x=0                              ok

   if x=sqrt(2)/3      x^2=2/9         ok

   if x=3sqrt(6)/5     x^2=54/25       ok

   if x=5sqrt(15)/4    x^2=375/16      not ok
